"Current Track" as gtalk status on Vista

Problem: Unable to have "Current music track" as the status message in gtalk.

Gist of the solution:

a)Close media player
b)Download google talk
c)Reinstall in Admin mode (by right clicking the installer file and choosing "run as admin")
d)Go to Media Player...Tools>Plugins>Options>Category>background>
check Google Talk Music Plugin

One final suggestion there for it to work:
"""after "re-installing" Google talk, you must "launch" Google talk BEFORE re-opening WMP, or
the plugin wont have been installed yet"""
